Hair Removal V10S/V8S/V6S/V4S
Diode laser vs. IPL?

DermRays Laser Hair Removal Devices use semiconductor diodes to create their laser beams, the same technology found across medical and cosmetic laser treatments. Our devices have cleared international certification and rigorous testing; you can check our FDA, CE, and UKCA certifications here.

Laser: a focused, single-wavelength beam that reaches deep into the follicle for efficient, long-lasting results.

IPL: unfocused broad-spectrum light absorbed by several tissues, calling for more sessions and bringing more discomfort.

Compatible skin tones?

V4S & V8S Hair Removal: good for skin tones 1-5, with the V8S adding power for faster, longer-lasting results.

V6S Hair Removal: covers a broader range of tones (1-6), making it the top pick for darker skin.

Compatible hair colors? Grey? Red? Blonde?

Grey hair: it can be treated, but full removal takes longer than with dark hair. Laser hair removal goes after melanin in the follicle, and grey hair holds less melanin, so it absorbs less energy. That makes the process slower and means steady use over a longer stretch is needed.

Red and blonde hair: the device isn't effective on these, since they contain very little of the melanin the laser needs to work.

Areas? Moles? Tattoos?

Safe for: face (upper lip, chin, peach fuzz, beard), arms, underarms, hands, chest, back, stomach, legs, feet, scalp, and the bikini/genital area.

Avoid: eyes, pigmented skin (moles, tattoos), and scars.

For sensitive areas:

  • Start at the lowest setting
  • Run a patch test
  • Don't overlap treatment passes
  • Stop if irritation appears
Differences among V4S, V6S & V8S?

V4S & V8S Hair Removal: suited to light-to-medium tones (1-5). The V8S has more power for faster, longer-lasting results; choose the V4S for more sensitive skin.

V6S Hair Removal: built for all tones (1-6), the best choice for deep skin tones. If you're of African or Middle Eastern heritage, we recommend the V6S.

Can women use the DermRays V10S?

Yes. The DermRays V10S is safe and effective for women as well as men. It precisely targets thick hair on various body areas, while professional-level cooling keeps it comfortable to use.

Will the device keep beeping during use?

Yes. The device beeps whenever you press a button (power on/off, changing settings, and so on) to confirm the function is active. During treatment, while the window is in full contact with your skin, it keeps beeping to show the device is working properly.

Plug? Input voltage?

Our hair removal power adapter handles 100-240V, so it works worldwide. We provide US, EU, and UK plugs, and your order ships with the right plug for your address. If you're unsure whether it will work in your country, just contact us.

When will I see results?

4 weeks: less, finer, softer hair. 8 weeks: up to 97% hair reduction (SGS tested).

Recommended frequency:

  • 3x/week for the first 2 weeks
  • 2x/week for another 2-3 weeks
  • Once a month after that

*Coarse, stubborn hair in some areas may need a longer treatment period. *If results fall short of what you expected, try increasing the frequency or stepping up the energy level, and make sure you cover the whole area without missing spots.

How many flashes?

The DermRays Laser Hair Removal Device offers an impressive 30 million flashes, well beyond industry norms. That works out to roughly 5 years of use depending on how often you use it. With high pulse energy and deep precision, you can confidently aim for long-term or even permanent hair reduction.

FDA cleared?

Our hair removal devices are FDA cleared, meeting a high bar for safety and efficacy, and they're also CE and UKCA certified for extra reassurance. With an average of 82% and up to 100% hair reduction in just 8 weeks (per an SGS report), the device performs impressively. Learn more about our certifications here.

Safety?

Our FDA-cleared devices meet the highest safety and efficacy standards and carry CE and UKCA certification as well. Handheld at-home laser hair removal has been on the market for over a decade, proven safe and effective by countless users. Independent SGS lab trials report an average 82% and up to 97% hair reduction in 8 weeks, underscoring the device's reliability. Learn more about our safety standards here.

How it works?

Laser hair removal turns light into heat that travels into the follicle and targets the hair bulb, disrupting its blood supply and growth environment to gradually reduce regrowth. Because the laser works best during the anagen (growth) phase, several treatments are needed for lasting reduction.

Energy output?

V4S & V6S Hair Removal: energy density up to 7 J/cm² with a 10×30mm² output window, delivering 21J per pulse. V8S Hair Removal: the highest output at up to 9 J/cm² through the same 10×30mm² window, for 27J per pulse. For help picking the right device, visit here.

Eye protection?

No, eye protection isn't needed. DermRays Hair Removal emits a single-wavelength laser with minimal light diffusion, and it only flashes when in full contact with the skin.

Can it manage PCOS hair growth?

Yes. The high-energy precision of DermRays Laser Hair Removal reaches follicles at the root, cutting down hair growth and ingrown hairs.

Do I need to shave before treatment?

Yes. Shaving lets the laser penetrate best. Skip waxing or plucking, since removing the root makes the laser less effective.

Should I use gel?

No. Gels aren't needed with DermRays Hair Removal. You can apply a gentle moisturizer afterward.

What's the difference between stamping and gliding?

Stamping and gliding are the device's two modes, and the gap between them is small, so pick whichever you prefer:

  • Stamping targets a specific spot more precisely.
  • Gliding is handier for covering larger areas.
Anti-aging Revive
What advantages does Revive have?

DermRays Revive vs. NIRA Pro: NIRA Pro uses a 1450nm laser mainly for collagen renewal and texture. DermRays Revive, with its 1064nm laser, both boosts collagen and reduces melanin, improving texture and uneven tone together. It also runs a higher energy density (10 J/cm²), making it 2.63 times more powerful than NIRA for greater efficiency.

DermRays Revive vs. LYMA Laser: against the low-energy LYMA Laser, Revive's energy density is over 100 times greater, allowing faster wrinkle reduction and tightening. Its 1064nm wavelength reaches deeper into the dermis for maximum collagen renewal.

Fat loss?

Rest assured, DermRays Revive won't cause facial fat loss. It runs at a carefully controlled energy level that doesn't reach deep enough to affect or dissolve fat tissue, so your facial contours stay completely safe while your skin enjoys gentle rejuvenation.

Areas? Eyes? Lips? Body?

DermRays Revive is made for facial skincare and can also be used on the neck and chest with care. Avoid using it on:

  • Eyelids, lips, moles, birthmarks
  • Infected, burned, or injured skin
  • The thyroid area, nipples, areolae, intimate areas, or regions with dense hair
  • Skin treated with a laser in the past 30 days
  • Skin with photosensitivity

For any concerns, feel free to contact us.

Does it hurt?

Most Revive users find treatment essentially painless. If you're new to it, begin at level 1 and raise the intensity gradually as you can tolerate it.

Does it remove spider veins on the face?

Revive can help improve the look of spider veins, though it may not erase them entirely. It can lessen redness and visibility, but full removal depends on severity and how your skin responds.

What skin tones work with Revive?

DermRays Revive suits all skin tones and is recommended for adults aged 18 and over.

How to use?

Step 1: cleanse and fully dry your skin. Step 2: press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn Revive on. Step 3: press Power again to pick your intensity level. Step 4: press the Ready button; the indicator flashes green when it's ready. Step 5: place the window flat on your skin, and the light flashes blue while it works.

Divide the face into four sections (upper, lower, left, right):

  • Level 1: up to 120 seconds per section
  • Level 2: up to 60 seconds per section
  • Level 3: up to 30 seconds per section

Since goals and skin conditions differ, total session time varies, but avoid lingering on one spot to prevent irritation or damage.

Recommended frequency?

For the best results with Revive, follow this schedule:

  • First 2 weeks: 3-4 times per week
  • Next 3 weeks: 2-3 times per week
  • Maintenance: once or twice a month

Best time to use: at night, after your skincare routine. Adjust as needed for your skin type, goals, and energy levels, and avoid overuse, since too many sessions can irritate the skin.

Any risk of burns on areas with hair or wrinkles?

On areas with thicker, darker hair, keep Revive off wrinkle-prone spots, since the higher melanin in those follicles can raise the chance of burns.

Is it dangerous to use without UV glasses?

No. Revive has a built-in skin-sensing system, so the laser fires only when pressed firmly against the skin, preventing light leakage. Note: don't stare into the emission window or aim the laser at your eyes.

Fractional laser?

No. Revive emits a uniform light spot rather than a fractional pattern. Compared with home fractional lasers, it offers:

  • Deeper penetration: reaches lower skin layers to break down melanin and build collagen, improving pigmentation and texture.
  • Fewer side effects: minimal redness or sensitivity afterward and virtually no pain, making a consistent routine easier to keep.
How many passes over the same area?

For skin tones 1-4, we suggest a maximum of 3 passes over the same area in one Revive session. For skin tones 4-5, limit it to 2 passes for the best safety and effectiveness.

Can it be used after cosmetic treatments or with another device?

Radio Frequency (RF): wait at least 24 hours between treatments, and after Revive be sure to hydrate, moisturize, and use sun protection. Microcurrent: wait at least 12 hours between treatments, as long as there's no redness or discomfort. Pico Laser: wait 30 days before use. Injectables (hyaluronic acid, Botox, etc.): wait 30 days before use.

Do I need to stop using retinoids?

We recommend avoiding skincare with glycolic acid or retinol (retinoids) for 48 hours before and after using the Revive laser. This keeps those products from losing their effect or irritating your skin.

What's the difference between DermRays Revive and the V6S?

Both use a 1064nm laser, but their designs differ. Revive is tuned for facial skincare:

  • Shorter pulse intervals for efficient pigmentation reduction and rejuvenation.
  • A smaller spot size (1.5cm) for precision.
  • Higher energy density for fine-tuned skin improvements.

The V6S is built for hair removal:

  • Longer pulse intervals for safer hair removal.
  • A larger spot size (3cm²) to cover more area.

Using Revive for hair removal: it may have some effect, but it isn't suited to coarse-hair zones like the armpits or bikini line, where the shorter pulse interval could build heat fast and risk burns.

Can it be used alongside a hair removal device?

Yes, just don't use both on the same area on the same day. Lighter tones (Fitzpatrick 1-3): use Revive one day and the hair removal device the next. Darker tones (Fitzpatrick 4-6): leave at least one day between treatments to lower the risk of laser-induced burns.

FusionGlow Microcurrent
How often can I use DermRays FusionGlow?

FusionGlow has 4 modes: M1 Deep Cleanse, M2 Bright Up, M3 Multi-Lift, and M4 Firm Eye, each with its own suggested frequency. M1 Deep Cleanse: 2-3 times/week. M2 Bright Up: daily. M3 Multi-Lift: 3-4 times/week. M4 Firm Eye: daily.

Notes: before use, review the contraindications to confirm the area isn't restricted. During use it's normal to feel tingling, suction, or slight pinprick sensations; if it feels strong, lower the intensity, and if the pain is unbearable, stop and contact customer service.

What is a Microcurrent Beauty Device? Main function?

A microcurrent beauty device (also called a skin electrical stimulator) is a non-invasive tool that sends low- to medium-frequency pulsed currents into the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and muscles. That stimulation helps firm skin, soften wrinkles, and refine facial contours.

Microcurrent has long been used in rehabilitation and medicine. A randomized controlled trial of 108 healthy women (average age 43.7) found that after 12 weeks of use, muscle thickness rose by 18.6%, with over 80% of participants reporting better muscle strength, tone, and facial lift. A separate randomized, double-blind, half-face study of 50 women showed that a microcurrent device with radiofrequency energy effectively reduced sagging and noticeably shortened the distance between the brows and hairline. Because microcurrent produces no heat on the skin, it's also well tolerated by those with sensitive or compromised skin barriers, fitting a wider range of users.

What should I note during use?

Adjusting intensity: start at the lowest level and increase gradually based on comfort. If it's too strong, lower it; if the pain stays intolerable, stop and contact customer service. Normal sensations: tingling, suction, or slight pinprick feelings are normal; if discomfort persists, stop immediately. Proper contact: keep the massage head pressed snugly to the skin for better results. Cleaning: before use, check the head for dust, hair, or debris and clean it well to avoid malfunctions or skin issues. After-care: afterward, skip skincare or cosmetics with irritants or exfoliating beads.

When is this device not suitable for use?

1. Pregnancy & age: not for pregnant women or anyone under 18. 2. Health conditions: not for those with neurodegenerative diseases, cancer or a cancer history, epilepsy, bleeding disorders, tumors, sensory impairments, or autoimmune skin conditions. 3. Skin conditions: don't use over varicose veins, areas with cosmetic surgery, skin with redness/infection/inflammation/numbness, skin that's been chemically peeled or injured, or spots with recurring herpes or other heat-triggered conditions. 4. Medical devices & implants: avoid areas with silicone implants, injectable fillers, or metal implants (dental implants excepted), and don't use if you have any implanted medical or electronic device such as a pacemaker or defibrillator. 5. Restricted areas: keep off the chest/breast, the midline of the neck (bones), the carotid artery, capillary-dilation areas, and the genital/groin region.

How do I charge FusionGlow?

Use the included charging base and cable. Connect the device straight to power with the Type-C cable, or set it on the charging base with the cable attached. While charging, the indicator flashes yellow; once full, it turns steady yellow. When the battery is low, the light flashes red continuously.

How long should each session last?

FusionGlow has 4 modes: M1 Deep Cleanse, M2 Bright Up, M3 Multi-Lift, and M4 Firm Eye. For M1, M2, and M3, we suggest 4 minutes for the whole face (2 minutes per side). For M4 Firm Eye, we suggest 2 minutes (1 minute per eye).

LED Mask
How does the DermRays LED mask work?

The DermRays LED mask emits clinically proven wavelengths of light that reach different depths of skin. Worn on clean skin, its high-density LEDs deliver targeted light energy that skin cells absorb (a process called photobiomodulation), sparking natural cellular activity such as boosting mitochondria, raising ATP production, easing inflammation, and aiding healing, all without heat, pain, or UV damage.

Every mode includes NIR 830nm (near-infrared) for deeper penetration:

  • Red light (630nm) + NIR 830nm: reaches mid-to-deep layers to build collagen and elastin, soften fine lines, improve elasticity, brighten tone, and fade pigmentation/redness for firmer, younger-looking skin.
  • Amber light (600nm) + NIR 830nm: works in shallow-to-mid layers to calm inflammation, soothe sensitive skin, reduce redness/pigmentation, even tone, and aid gentle repair.
  • Blue light (430nm) + NIR 830nm: acts on the surface to kill acne-causing bacteria (P. acnes), cut oil and inflammation, shrink pores, and clear and prevent breakouts.

NIR 830nm anchors every mode, penetrating deepest (up to 10mm+) to boost circulation, speed cell renewal, reduce swelling, and amplify the visible lights for faster, longer-lasting results.

What are the benefits?

The DermRays LED mask delivers clinically proven benefits through its precise wavelengths: red (630nm), amber (600nm), blue (430nm), and NIR 830nm in every mode. With steady 10-minute sessions, it activates natural skin processes for visible, lasting improvements:

  • Smoother, firmer skin with fewer fine lines and wrinkles, as red light + NIR build collagen and elastin.
  • Clearer skin and less acne, as blue light kills acne-causing bacteria and curbs inflammation, oil, and breakouts.
  • More even tone with faded pigmentation and redness, as amber light soothes sensitive skin.
  • More radiance and a youthful glow, as the combination boosts circulation and cell renewal.
  • Deeper repair and faster healing, as NIR 830nm reaches deepest to reduce swelling and speed recovery.

Benefits build with regular use (start gradual: every 3 days in week 1, building to 3-4x/week). It's non-invasive, FDA-cleared, and suitable for all skin types (use low brightness if sensitive).

How often should I use it?

For the best results, use the LED mask 1-2 times a week for at least 4 weeks. After that initial period, run maintenance sessions as needed for your lifestyle and skin. For first-time users, follow this plan and adjust to how your skin responds:

  • Week 1: every 3 days for 10 minutes.
  • Week 2: every 2 days for 10 minutes.
  • Week 3: same frequency, extending sessions to 10-15 minutes.
  • Week 4: daily for 10-15 minutes per session.

Ramping up gradually lets your skin adapt and keeps things effective while limiting irritation.

Is it safe for all skin types?

Yes, the DermRays LED mask is safe for all skin types, sensitive skin included, when used as directed. It's FDA-cleared, non-invasive, heat-free, and UV-free, with built-in eye protection and an automatic 10-minute shut-off to prevent overexposure. Each wavelength is gentle and clinically proven, tailored to different needs.

Important first-use step: always run a patch test before full-face treatment. Place the mask on the inner forearm (clean, dry skin), turn it on, choose any mode, and run the full 10 minutes. Stop right away if it feels hot, uncomfortable, or stinging. Wait 6-24 hours, and if redness, itching, rash, or irritation appears, don't use it and see a dermatologist. With no reaction, proceed (start low brightness, 1-2 times/week).

Extra tips: start at low brightness (level 1-2) for sensitive skin; never use while charging; close your eyes or use the built-in eye cups; avoid if you have photosensitivity, take photosensitizing medication, have active skin cancer, or are pregnant (check with your doctor first); and follow the gradual frequency plan. If you have concerns or an unusual reaction, contact us at dermrayshairremoval@gmail.com.

Is it safe for the neck area?

Yes, our LED is safe for the neck and décolletage. Just take care and follow our guidelines, keeping the mask securely in place to avoid discomfort or injury.
